Facts
On Feb. 21, 1994, plaintiff Aaron Sandorff, a 26-year-old Yale business school student, was injured in an accident at the intersection of First and King. The plaintiff claimed that defendant Thebert failed to stop at light and hit the plaintiff's vehicle. The plaintiff was treating with a chiropractor for injuries from this accident when he was involved in a second accident with defendant Gething on May 25, 1995. Defendant Gething allegedly struck the rear the of plaintiff's car as he pulled out from stop sign. The plaintiff brought this action against the defendants based on negligence.
