Facts

Plaintiff, a self-proclaimed manager for music star Britney Spears, sued the singer's parents and conservators, alleging various libel and breach of contract claims, as well as battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress. Plaintiff contended that the Spears' mother lied about him saying he gave Spears drugs prior to her psychiatric hospitalization. He alleged Spears' father punched him in the stomach. Plaintiff also contended that he was entitled to 15 percent of her gross revenue starting in 2007.

Defendants' nonsuit motions granted during jury trial.
