Facts

Petitioner filed suit against the City of San Diego and the San Diego Community College District alleging that the District's proposed street vacation and parking garage located at the east entry of San Diego Mesa College had not received proper environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act ("CEQA").

Result

On Writ of Mandate, the court ruled in defendants' favor on the CEQA challenge and remaining causes of action were subsequently dismissed.
