The defendant hired the plaintiff as its agent for commercial filming. In exchange for a percentage of the fee paid to the college by the production companies, the plaintiff agreed to promote the college as a location for filming and to supervise all filming that occurred. Subsequently, the defendant terminated the contract. The plaintiff sued the college for breach of contract.
