Facts

Plaintiff, a customer of defendant's grocery store was approached by defendant's employed parking lot attendant. The attendant insisted on carrying plaintiff's bag to her car. Upon arrival to plaintiff's car, the attendant grabbed plaintiff by her arm and attempted to force a kiss upon her. There were no witnesses to the altercation.
