Plaintiffs invested in certain ventures with defendant. The investments were made in defendant's name. By implied agreement, defendant promised to make plaintiffs partners in the ventures. When defendant refused, plaintiffs sued for breach of contract and specific performance. Defendant counterclaimed for fraud.

The matter was resolved through mediation by Gig Kyriacou. The mediation lasted two days.
