Eighty-two year old decedent presented to Huntington Hospital Dispensary Clinic for urological evaluation and complained of recent onset of chest pain. Decedent was given another appointment three weeks later for cardiology evaluation but died two days after visit to the clinic. The plaintiffs, the decedent's spouse and son, relationship brought medical malpractice action against the defendant.
