Plaintiff Zenaida Velasquez and some of her family members paid to a attend a Vicente Fernandez concert. While exiting the concert when it had finished, a fight broke out. Plaintiff and family members tried to move to the side so as not to interfere. Suddenly, plaintiff was shoved aside and knocked to the ground by a security guard, employed by defendant Doe Staffing Company. Plaintiff fell on her buttocks and back, which lead to her head and left arm injuries.

PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS:
Plaintiff contended that one of the security guards threw her to the ground believing she was part of the altercation.
