Anwar Stetson was a student at Paul Revere Charter Middle School in Los Angeles when two of his fingers were cut off during a woodworking class.

Contentions

PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS:
Stetson filed suit against the Los Angeles Unified School District, as well as the woodworking instructor, William Schone, alleging negligence.

Injuries

Stetson's fingers were amputated.

Result

The jury rendered a verdict for the defense.
