On March 26, 1996, the plaintiff, a 30-year-old medical office manager, was walking in a crosswalk with a green light when the defendant, driving a Ford Explorer, hit her. The plaintiff contended that the defendant violated her right-of-way. The defendant contended that the plaintiff was not injured. The plaintiff brought this action against the defendant based on negligence.
