St. in Burbank. Defendant Jerry Lawrence, during the course and scope of his employment with
the defendant cleaning company, was driving a truck in the lane to the plaintiff's left. When the
light turned green, the plaintiff claimed that the defendant's truck began to make a right turn and
ran into the driver's side of the plaintiff's vehicle.
