Plaintiff Karen Wilkinson fell at the rear entrance to the Cat Club in West Hollywood. Wilkinson filed suit against defendant Four Sight Holding Inc. (Four Sight), dba the Cat Club.

PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS:
Wilkinson claimed insufficient lighting and failure to warn.

DEFENDANT'S CONTENTIONS:
Four Sight claimed that the lighting was proper and that Wilkinson did not suffer from CRPS.
