Facts

The plaintiffs claimed they were struck by a patron of defendantÆs restaurant. The plaintiffs further claimed that
the defendants failed to provide adequate security to protect plaintiffs or to intervene to stop the assault in a
timely fashion.

Injuries

The plaintiffs, ages 22 and 27, both claimed bruises. One plaintiff also claimed lacerations on the face and arm.
