Cesar Wytkind Construction was hired to perform a home improvement project for Adorin "Bob" Ward and his wife Stacy. The Wards terminated the contractor and thereafter claimed breach of contract and construction defects. Cesar Wytkind Construction initiated a collection action. The Wards filed a cross-complaint, alleging breach of contract and construction defects.
