Facts

On February 18, 1992, Plaintiff Angelica Ibarra, a 31-year-old housekeeper and her 5-year-old child, Dulce was struck in a broadside collision by Defendant Nunes after Defendant ran a red light. After Defendant admittedly ran the red light, he struck the Plaintiffs vehicle on the right passenger door.
