Plaintiff Atta Roham purchased 4.79 acres of land from Defendants William G. and Cecelia Reyman (with the assistance of Defendants Ed Ahmad Farnaghi, Plaintiff's agent, John Patrick Reidy, the real estate broker, and Casey Oosterbaan, the listing agent) on September 11, 1989, for a price of $700,000. Plaintiff paid $225,000 down and thereafter paid $107,908 on payments on a purchase money note. Plaintiff stopped making payments in October of 1991, and the Defendants Reymans conducted a non-judicial foreclosure on the property which was concluded on March 11, 1992.

Settlement Discussions

Defendants contend they made no offer and Plaintiff demanded $300,000.

Damages

Payments made to the Reymans totalling $332,908, plus incidental expenses of approximately $7,000.
