Facts
On May 18, 1992, Plaintiff driver Lonnie Woodley, a 36-year-old credit card processor, and Plaintiff front seat passenger James Mann, a 32-year-old trainee for credit card processor, were travelling straight in an automobile when Defendant Milton Weiser made a left turn in front of the Plaintiffs resulting in a collision between the two vehicles. Defendant admitted liability.
