Facts
On June 1, 1988, Plaintiff, a 19-year-old student, was proceeding eastbound, approaching an uncontrolled intersection which had some history of prior accidents. Plaintiff was injured when a large truck carrying old tires turned left in front of him. The question presented was whether the truck driver or the Plaintiff could have seen each other with sufficient time and whether there was appropriate sight distance for the motorists at the intersection.
