Katie Turgeon and Ronald Turgeon, both in their 40s, moved into a single family residence in Columbia, which they purchased from Steve and Lisa Hoctor. The Turgeons sued the Hoctors and others, claiming that certain problems with the property were not disclosed to them before they purchased the house.
