Facts

Katie Turgeon and Ronald Turgeon, both in their 40s, moved into a single family residence in Columbia, which they purchased from Steve and Lisa Hoctor. The Turgeons sued the Hoctors and others, claiming that certain problems with the property were not disclosed to them before they purchased the house. They alleged negligence, breach of implied warranty, fraud, negligent misrepresentation, breach of contract, negligent interference with prospective economic advantage and intentional interference with prospective economic advantage.
