On Nov. 10, 2001, at approximately 11:15 p.m., plaintiff Robin Henley was driving westbound on Air Base Parkway in Fairfield. Kathie Harrold was a passenger. Defendant Cheryl Conley was driving northbound on N. Texas Street. As the plaintiff entered the intersection of N. Texas Street, the defendant slammed into the plaintiff's driver's side front panel.
