Contentions
PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS:
Warner Bros. owned exclusive U.S. distributing rights for various creative works, including "Too Big To Fail" and "The Campaign." Warner Bros. alleged that Ha, through the website Amazon.com, distributed and promoted counterfeit versions of these products, infringing on Warner Bros. intellectual property rights.
Result
The parties entered into a consent decree. As part of the consent decree, the court issued a permanent injunction prohibiting the defendants from infringing on Warner Bros. copyrights.
