Facts
Infoblox Inc., a provider of IP address management solutions, filed suit against BlueCat Networks USA Inc., also a provider of IP address management solutions, alleging patent infringement. In response, BlueCat Networks USA Inc. filed a countersuit, asserting their own claims of patent infringement.
Result
The parties settled the matters, entering into a long-term mutual stand-still agreement and mutual covenant not to sue.
