In November of 1991, Plaintiff Tony LaLepour moved into Defendant Lincoln Property Company's apartment complex. Four months later, on March 2, 1992, Plaintiff, a 29-year-old jewelry merchant, was robbed at gunpoint, while on the premises. The assailant was not found.
