Defendant Elle Linde was a wrong-way driver. A line of vehicles made sudden stops. Defendant John Sacco then struck Plaintiff in a rear end collision; and Plaintiff's vehicle struck the van in front of Plaintiff. It was disputed whether Plaintiff struck the van first or was pushed into the van by Defendant Sacco. This incident occurred on April 26, 1993; Plaintiff was a 19-year-old assistant manager of a video store, at the time.
