Facts
The subject suit arose from a two vehicle collision that occurred on May 30, 2002. The claimant, Francesca Pizzochieri, was traveling southbound on Hawthorne Boulevard in Los Angeles. The respondent, Jacqueline Peterson, was traveling northbound on Hawthorne Boulevard while intoxicated.
