On June 27, 1991, Plaintiff Julia E. Colette, a 55-year-old department store clothes marker, was struck, allegedly in the crosswalk, by Defendant's mack truck. Defendant was Watkins Trucking, Inc. A sub rosa videotape revealed a prior non-disclosed accident, impeaching Plaintiff's testimony regarding her injuries.
