In 2001, the plaintiff, age 87, treated with the defendant, Dean Saki, D.D.S. On Nov. 5, 2001, the plaintiff alleged that she developed an allergic reaction after taking Amoxicillin which was prescribed by Dr. Saiki. The patient had taken Amoxicillin previously without incident that was prescribed by other doctors and from Dr. Saiki. The defendant denied all allegations of negligence and denied that the plaintiff had suffered any injury.
