Facts
On March 1, 1992, Plaintiff Josh Carpenter was a rear seat passenger in Defendant grand uncle's car traveling on the Hollywood Freeway. An unknown vehicle made an erratic lane change and exited in front of a black Honda. Defendant Russo, the grand uncle of Josh, came upon the Honda moments later and struck it in a rear end collision.
