Facts

Plaintiffs were the family members of decedent, Jose Carreon, Jr. They include the mother, father, stepfather, brother, minor sister and minor son. Plaintiffs alleged that in 1986, representatives of Defendant Ontario Cemetery Association, dba Bellevue Memorial Park, unlawfully opened and entered the grave space of their decedent. Defendant Ontario Cemetery Association, dba Bellevue Memorial Park, denied that the grave was opened and entered.
