Contentions

PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS:
Defendant allegedly manufactured, sold, or otherwise made available to California brass paddocks that contained hazardous chemicals without providing the requisite Prop. 65 warnings.

DEFENDANT'S CONTENTIONS:
Defendant denied the allegations and asserted various affirmative defenses.

Result

Ecological Alliance agreed to pay $5,000 in civil penalties and $25,000 in attorney fees. It also agreed to provide the requisite warning.
