Facts
On October 13, 1986, Plaintiff Nancy Bogart, a 51-year-old secretary/clerk, alleged the following: she was driving her automobile from Las Vegas to Los Angeles on I-15 when the right rear tire failed; as a result, she lost control of her vehicle and the vehicle rolled over twice before coming to rest along the center median; Plaintiff was transported via helicopter to Valley Hospital where she remained for 10 days. The tire was manufactured by Defendant General Tire and installed by Defendant Parnelli Jones.
