On Oct. 10, 2015 at 5 a.m., plaintiff Richa Nandeshwar, a USC graduate student, fell out of an apartment window while visiting a classmate.

Contentions

PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS: Plaintiff alleged that the subject window was not code compliant and that the apartment owner failed to place a window guard that would have prevented the fall.
