Contentions

PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS: Plaintiff, who worked as a residential cleaner for defendant, contended that she was discriminated against and wrongfully terminated due to her psychological and physical disabilities.

DEFENDANT'S CONTENTIONS: Defendants contended that defendant was not discriminated against and that she was not terminated. Rather, plaintiff quit without providing notice. Plaintiff also failed to provide any medical evidence supporting her claims of disability.

Result

The jury returned a defense verdict.
