On Dec. 4, 1994, the decedent was struck by a vehicle operated by the defendant driver, a minor, who had a .15 blood-alcohol level and served alcohol by the defendant bar. The plaintiffs, the decedent's parents and surviving children brought this action against the defendants based on negligence.

Settlement Discussions

The plaintiffs made a settlement demand of $400,000. The defendants made an offer of $100,000.

Wrongful death of the mother of three children.
