Injuries

The plaintiff sustained 1.5 percent burns to his palms bilaterally, with blistering; the burns were superficial to deep partial thickness. One year after the injury, the left hand required a surgical contractual release, with skin grafting. A further scar release may be required as the plaintiff matures. The plaintiff also sustained psychological injuries.
