Plaintiffs were heading north on Highway 1 when defendant, also driving northbound, lost control of his vehicle and swerved into plaintiffs lane. In an attempt to avoid an impact, plaintiff driver lost control of her vehicle, resulting in the vehicle rolling over three times before coming to rest. There was no impact between the two vehicles.

Injuries
