Facts

The plaintiff association alleged that the existence of defects in the construction of a multi-unit condominium complex, involving issues of soils, framing, plumbing, mechnical, electrical, roofs, decks and stucco components of construction, resulted in substantial structural and water intrusion damages. The defendants disputed the existence of the defects and the cost of repair.
