PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS: Plaintiff contended that defendants violated the Unruh Act by denying her privileges and services of the library because she was an Asian female.

DEFENDANTS' CONTENTIONS: Defendants contended in their motion for summary judgment that plaintiff was suspended from the library because she repeatedly engaged in disruptive behavior in the library, including by being loud and abrasive to other patrons and staff members.

The court granted defendants' motion.
