Edwin Moran sued defendant Janice Share following a traffic collision.

PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS: Plaintiff argued that defendant negligently operated her vehicle when she rear ended plaintiff's vehicle in stop-and-go traffic on the Interstate 5. Plaintiff alleged back and neck injuries as a result of the accident.

DEFENDANT'S CONTENTIONS: Defendant disputed the degree of plaintiff's injuries and causation.
