PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS: Plaintiff was sexually assaulted on the Los Angeles Metro’s Purple Line. Plaintiff asserted a cause of action against the county for failure to take adequate security measures to prevent sexual assaults from occurring on the subway, despite numerous previous assaults.

DEFENDANT'S CONTENTIONS: Defendant denied the allegations.
