PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS: The plaintiffs asserted that Bebe violated California labor law when it failed to pay its employees minimum wage, failed to pay its employees overtime, and failed to provide its employees with breaks, among other things.

DEFENDANTS’ CONTENTIONS: Bebe denied the allegations.
