Facts

Plaintiff, a state prisoner in Salinas Valley State Prison, filed a pro se civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. Section 1983.

Contentions

PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS: Plaintiff contended that his due process rights were violated during a prison disciplinary hearing, that there was a conspiracy to frame him, and that he was denied access to the courts.

DEFENDANTS' CONTENTIONS: In their motion for summary judgment defendants asserted collateral estoppel and contended that plaintiff failed to administratively exhaust his claims.

Result

The court granted defendants' motion.
