On April 28, 2015, plaintiff Christopher Terzic was driving his motorcycle Eastbound on Palos Verdes Drive South. Defendant Gazal Egari was driving her Lexus 300 sedan Westbound on Palos Verdes Drive, as she made a left she collided with the plaintiff.
Contentions
PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS: Plaintiff contended defendant made an abrupt left turn in front of his motorcycle, causing a violent collision, dislodging plaintiff from his motorcycle, and catapulting him 30-40 feet into the air.
Plaintiff claimed that defendant made an unsafe left turn, failed to yield to oncoming traffic and her negligence was the cause of the crash.
DEFENDANTS' CONTENTIONS: Defendants denied the allegations.

Plaintiff made a CCP section 998 demand for $1,000,000, which expired.
