PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS: Plaintiffs brought a medical malpractice claim against the hospital.

DEFENDANTS’ CONTENTIONS: The hospital moved for summary judgment arguing that Stallworth’s doctor provided her with standard medical care and that the doctor’s acts or omissions did not cause or contribute to Stallworth’s death.
