Brandon Zamudio sued Vincent Stackle following a rear end collision.

Contentions

PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS: Zamudio argued that Stackle was negligently operating his vehicle when he rear-ended Zamudio's vehicle on the freeway. Zamudio was allegedly injured as a result of the collision.

DEFENDANTS' CONTENTIONS: Stackle challenged the nature and extent of Zamudio's injuries. Specifically, Stackle argued that the collision only caused Zamudio to suffer from minor injuries.
