Facts

Anna Kim owned property that went through a foreclosure process. A foreclosure sale occurred, and Kim's property was sold to one of the defendants.

Contentions

PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS: Kim contended that her property's foreclosure process involved irregularities. Kim asserted various causes of action, including wrongful foreclosure, breach of contract, fraud, and quiet title.

DEFENDANT'S CONTENTIONS: The defendant purchaser of the property demurred to Kim's cause of action for quiet title. The defendant argued that Kim lacked standing to bring such a claim because, regarding the property, she no longer held any interest.

Result

The court granted the defendant's demurrer.
