PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS: Casian contended that when she was walking in a crosswalk, on a green light and on a walk signal, she was struck by a vehicle operated by Lisheng.

DEFENDANT'S CONTENTIONS: Lisheng contended that Casian could have avoided the collision if she was paying attention.

Defendants highest offer was $120,000.

Plaintiffs past medical bills were $57,090.79. No future medical bills.
