PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS: Plaintiffs claimed that Centerplate failed to pay them for off-the-clock work, provide them with meal and rest breaks, reimburse them for required expenses, pay them for vacation and sick time, provide them with accurate wage statements, and pay their final wages on time.

DEFENDANT'S CONTENTIONS: Centerplate denied the contentions.
