Contentions

PLAINTIFFS' CONTENTIONS: Plaintiffs contended that defendant illegally recorded plaintiffs' phone calls or illegally stored text messages without their consent in violation of the California Invasion of Privacy Act.

DEFENDANT'S CONTENTIONS: Twilio denied the contentions.

Result

Twilio agreed to pay $10 million to settle the claim.
