Plaintiff Carlos Maximo filed suit against defendants In Bok Lee and Young Kyue Lee in relation to a traffic collision that occurred on Dec. 9, 2015.

Contentions

PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS: Plaintiff alleged that as he was driving on Convoy Street, in San Diego, In Bok Lee struck the passenger side of his vehicle after attempting to make a left turn on Convoy Street from an adjacent parking lot. Plaintiff contended he suffered injuries to his neck, lower back and shoulder. Further, plaintiff alleged that defendant was negligent in the operation of her vehicle and that Young Kyue was vicariously liable for In Bok Lee's negligent actions.

DEFENDANT'S CONTENTIONS: Defendant In Bok Lee admitted to liability.

Result

The jury found for the plaintiff and determined that Maximo's damages totaled $26,363.11
